RC HIGH PERFORMANCE HOBBIES TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

All warranty claims must be handled through RC High Performance Hobbies and not your hobby dealer. The product will need to be sent back to us at the BUYERS EXPENSE.

Due to the Nature use of the product being a recreational item there is Limited 7 Day Warranty On it. Please contact office for more information.
Parts that are not covered in the 7 days Warranty include.
Drive train and suspension parts.
Gears including spur, clutch-bell and others.
Clutch & Clutch Spring.
Pull Starters.
Slipper Clutch.

These warranties also do not cover breakage due to abuse, improper break-in, improper setup, or improper operation.

Examples of misuse:
Product being used in dirt areas where stones have damage parts.
Product being wet and causing damage to parts.
Product being used in grass areas which has caused a problem.
Product used for jumps that could have caused the parts to break.
Product being tampered with or modified in anyway.
Product hitting any object which may cause damage.
Product engine not run in correctly.

Returns:

Rc High Performance Hobbies does not accept any returns if fuel has been put into the vehicle or if the vehicle has been used in anyway. New item returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the return freight costs. We we also need to deduct the freight we paid to have the product sent to you.  The refund will be in a store credit which will not have a expiry date. This will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. No other email can be used. Please include a copy of your invoice.

Warranty Returns/ Repairs:

All warranty repairs need to be returned to PO BOX 368 CAMDEN NSW 2570. This is no different to you buying from a shop, it is your responsibility to return the product, Due to the Nature use of the product being a recreational product, we will asses the product and advise if this is a warranty issue. If the product is a warranty issue we will repair or replace it and we will cover the return freight to you. If the product is damage due to misuse we will quote prior to any repairs. Delivery Policy:

Most order that are placed will be sent out within 36 hours and a tracking number is supplied. We do not ship weekends and public holidays. All our orders are sent with tracking details, We make sure everything is packed very well but damages or lost orders are not covered, If you need insurance to cover lost or damages while in transit please contact our office so we can quote you prior to placing the order.

Orders Outside Australia there may be government chargers. Some countries have import taxes on goods. We hold no responsibility on these chargers and this need to be paid by the buyer.
